What is the RNF?
The Registered Nurses Foundation (RNF) is a registered,
charitable organization committed to the advancement of
nursing practice and nursing education.
What Does the
Foundation do?
The RNF raises money for bursaries for students
enrolled in basic, post-basic, refresher, specialty and
graduate education programs in nursing, or involved in
nursing research. In December 2008, the RNF awarded
$102,905.00 in Bursaries to students.
When Are the 2009 Bursary
Applications Available?
The 2009 RNF Bursary
applications will be available for download from this
page May 15, 2009 (COMPLETED).
How Are the
Foundation's Funds Allocated?
Bursary winners are selected by the RNF Board of Directors
and will be contacted in December of each year.
