The RNFBC Board expressed appreciation to Elsie Tan who is stepping down from the board. Elsie has has been a Board member for the last 2 years. Her connections with the nursing education community provided the Board with a vital link. Elsie has also served on the Bursary committee, bringing her considerable expertise to the team.
